At SKIRN Club, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations across our various offerings. We've designed these policies to be fair while allowing us to maintain the quality of our services and facilities.
1. Membership Refunds
SKIRN Club offers different membership options with specific terms and conditions. Our refund policy for memberships is as follows:
1.1 Cooling-Off Period
New members have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of signing up, during which they may cancel their membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus a processing fee of 50 PLN.
1.2 Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. However, we do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
1.3 Quarterly and Annual Memberships
For quarterly and annual memberships canceled before their term ends:
- Cancellations within the first 30 days: 70% refund of the remaining membership period
- Cancellations after 30 days but before the halfway point: 50% refund of the remaining membership period
- Cancellations after the halfway point: No refund
1.4 Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Medical conditions preventing use of facilities (with supporting documentation)
- Relocation more than 50 km from any SKIRN Club facility (with supporting documentation)
- Other extraordinary circumstances
We may offer a prorated refund or credit towards future services. These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Registration Refunds
SKIRN Club hosts various events, including tournaments, workshops, and community gatherings. Our refund policy for event registrations is as follows:
2.1 Standard Event Cancellation Policy
For most events, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations between 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund
2.2 Tournament Registration
Tournament registrations have specific refund policies due to the impact of withdrawals on brackets and organization:
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the tournament: Full refund
- Cancellations between 7-14 days before the tournament: 75% refund
- Cancellations between 3-7 days before the tournament: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 3 days before the tournament: No refund
Team tournaments may have additional restrictions as withdrawals affect multiple participants.
2.3 Event Cancellation by SKIRN Club
If SKIRN Club cancels an event for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Alternatively, registrants may choose to apply their fee to a future event.
2.4 Event Changes
If SKIRN Club makes significant changes to an event (such as date, time, or format) after registration, registrants who cannot attend due to these changes will receive a full refund upon request.
3. Coaching and Training Services
SKIRN Club provides various coaching and training services for esports development. Our refund policy for these services is as follows:
3.1 Individual Coaching Sessions
For individual coaching sessions:
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund
- If a coach cancels or is unavailable, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
3.2 Training Packages
For multi-session training packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded at a prorated rate minus a 15% administrative fee
- Refunds for unused sessions must be requested within 90 days of purchase
- After 90 days, unused sessions expire and are not eligible for refund
3.3 Group Training Programs
For group training programs with fixed schedules:
- Cancellations more than 7 days before program start: Full refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before program start: 50% refund
- No refunds after the program has begun
If you must withdraw from a program after it has begun due to exceptional circumstances, contact us to discuss potential partial credit towards future services.
4. Merchandise and Equipment
SKIRN Club sells merchandise and gaming equipment. Our refund policy for these items is as follows:
4.1 Return Policy
For unworn/unused merchandise and unopened equipment:
- Returns within 14 days of purchase with receipt: Full refund to original payment method
- Returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt: Store credit
- Returns without receipt: Store credit at current selling price
4.2 Defective Items
If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt:
- Returns within 30 days of purchase: Replacement or full refund
- For items with manufacturer warranties, we will assist with the warranty claim process
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Software or digital products that have been downloaded or used
- Items that have been customized or personalized
- Hygiene products (such as headset covers) that have been opened or used
- Sale items marked as "final sale"
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Information: Include your name, membership/order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Documentation: For refunds requiring documentation (medical conditions, relocation, etc.), please submit the relevant documents along with your request.
- Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method when possible.
6. Additional Information
6.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase when possible. If this is not possible, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
6.2 Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
6.3 Administrative Fees
Some refunds may be subject to administrative fees as outlined in this policy. These fees cover the costs associated with processing refunds and maintaining our services.
6.4 Right to Refuse Refunds
SKIRN Club reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or community guidelines
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Repeated refund requests that suggest abuse of our refund policy

SKIRN Club reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
